Weekly rate (Saturday to Saturday)
April and May from £1,100 per week
June to September from £1,200 per week
October from £1,050 per week
November to March from £990 per week
(All prices include cleaning on departure)
Other
Peak dates may have supplements (e.g. Half term, Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Special Events in the area)
June - September and peak dates minimum stay is one week. All other times three nights, prices on request
Payment
A 25% deposit to be paid at time of booking and balance six weeks before arrival
Breakage deposit of £200 to be paid with deposit and will be returned one week after departure if no breakages
Payment by bank transfer, details will be provided

Check in time on day of arrival 3.00 pm
Check out time on day of departure 10.00 am
